Asake set to shutdown 02 Arena again
Asake’s name is set to be chronicled as the third Nigerian music star to shut down the 02 Arena in London more than once, as he announced his upcoming concert in the 20,000-seat multipurpose arena slated for 21st September.
He recently announced his Lungu Boys World Tour 2024 via his Instagram handle and expressed his overwhelming joy for being on the verge of making history as the third Nigerian after Wizkid and Davido to perform a second time in the Arena.
“I’m super excited to announce that my tour ‘Lungu Boy World Tour’ is coming to a city near you. London Lungu Boy is Active @theo2london Saturday 21st September, “he wrote.
Recall that Asake, who came to the limelight in 2022, previously sold out the famous 02 Arena in his 2023 concert. He has enjoyed international support since then through his soul-lifting single collections.
Asake has also announced the release of his new EP “Lungu Boy” as he prepares for his forthcoming tour. The album will mark his third in three years and of course his fourth projects since his emergence in 2022.
He revealed that he collaborated with the famous American iconic rapper, Travis Scott in his new album. The tour and his new album is undoubtedly going to occasion another significant milestone in his musical career.
