Mason Greenwood arrested for ‘breaching bail’
After being detained on accusations of rape, assault, and uttering homicidal threats, the Man United striker, aged 21, was released on bail.
He has now been detained on suspicion of violating those rules by allegedly making contact with his purported victim.
Police had Greenwood under questioning after raiding his £15,000-a-month house this morning.
Since being detained for the first time in January of this year, the striker has been waiting to learn his destiny.
He was detained for three nights after being taken into custody at his leased house in Bowdon, Greater Manchester.
Greenwood was granted bail on February 2 and has maintained a low profile ever since.
He was supposed to answer his bail on April 30, but following a court hearing in June, the date was postponed.
The England international is still on Utd’s suspension list but continues to get his £75,000 weekly wage while waiting for the conclusion of any criminal investigations.
