Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, better known by his stage as Oxlade, has disclosed the career-related advice he received from Wizkid, his mentor.

He claimed that the Grammy winner counseled him to study his musical taste and discover a method to stand apart without sounding like him.

During a Kiss FM UK interview, Oxlade disclosed this.

He discussed his performance in Paris, France’s 21,000-seat Accor stadium.

Wizkid does not want him to travel the same route he did or to make the same errors, according to the 25-year-old rapper.

He claims that Wizkid made it possible for him to play at the famous O2 Arena for the first time ever in 2018.
