Arsenal Fc sign Zinchenko from Manchester City

Arsenal has completed the signing of Ukraine international midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City.

Oleksandr Zinchenko, a Ukrainian international, was signed by Arsenal on a long-term contract from Premier League champion Manchester City on Friday, July 22. After working together while the Arsenal manager was Pep Guardiola’s assistant at City, Zinchenko and Mikel Arteta will reunite.

After signing Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus during the offseason, Zinchenko joins Arsenal from City as their fifth transfer overall, after winger Marquinhos, goalkeeper Matt Turner, and attacking midfielder Fabio Vieira.

Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, emphasized Zinchenko’s versatility in both offense and defense and the range of roles the Ukrainian can fill.
