‘Strickland likes to do the man dance – but I don’t think he has enough dance moves to dance with Israel Adesanya’ – Holland On Sept. 9 Bout
UFC superstar Kevin Holland has given his prediction on the coming fight between Nigerian-born Israel Adesanya and Sean Strickland on September 9. This match has been scheduled to take place at Sydney, Australia.
While talking about the awaited, brutal dance between Adesanya and Strickland, he disclosed he thinks that Strickland would be too weak to compete with Adesanya.
Styles make fights, and Strickland doesn’t really like to get hit with big kicks and Izzy has cardio. He [Magomedov] didn’t have any, obviously. With Strickland vs. Izzy, Strickland likes to do the man dance – but I don’t think he has enough dance moves to dance with Israel Adesanya.
I think Izzy picks him apart, Izzy picks Du Plessis apart. It’ll probably be sh*t, little leg kicks, a few push kicks, every once in a while he’ll throw something big and spinning. Izzy has more chances of knocking out Strickland because Strickland will take more chances than Du Plessis does
– Kevin Holland.
Serious enmity has formed between Adesanya and Sean Strickland, and both have used hurtful words while arguing. Notable is the fact that Adesanya said he would expose Strickland to the spectators on the day of the fight. He called Strickland his female dog. Adesanya told the audience he slapped Strickland on the buttocks the other day, and that the fighter did nothing.
Clearly, Adesanya took this as a sign of weakness.
But both of them are not really equal at the stats board. Israel Adesanya has been on the top for long, fighting with those hunting his belt, and has won more than he lost since his career. He is even the people’s favourite in the coming match. Even Holland’s.
Strickland seems excited about the bout.
