American music mogul and founder of Bad Boy Entertainment record label, Sean Combs popularly known as Diddy has come under heat having been served the third lawsuit bordering on sexual assault in a single week.

This is as Diddy in the most recent lawsuit filed against him, has been accused of forcing two women to have sex with him “in 1990 or 1991.”

The same suit also alleges that singer Aaron Hall, best known as a member of the R&B/new jack swing group Guy, raped both women on the same night.

According to the suit, the plaintiff — listed in the filing as Jane Doe — and a friend were invited back to Hall’s apartment following an industry event.

She claims Diddy “coerced” her into sex and that Hall later “barged into the room, pinned her down and forced [her] to have sex with him.”

Doe says her friend, who is not involved in the filing, claimed she “had been forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room.”

The suit also alleges that an “irate” Combs visited the woman and her friend again days later, “choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out,” resulting in her seeking medical treatment.

“He was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them,” the complaint says.

However, neither Diddy nor Hall have yet responded to the claims within the lawsuit.

Recall that barely 24 hours ago, a certain woman whose name has not been released to the public had reportedly filed a lawsuit in the Manhattan Supreme Court alleging that the Bad Boy music mogul assaulted her at “a place he was staying at” back in 1991.

The woman, who reportedly, was a Syracuse University student at the time of the alleged attack, claims that the assault happened after she and the Bad Boy mogul enjoyed dinner at Wells Restaurant in Harlem. “They had many friends and acquaintances in common and she had appeared with Combs in a few clips of a music video,” the complaint states.

In the suit, the woman alleges that Puff, who worked at Uptown records at the time, drugged her, recorded himself sexually assaulting her, and that the “revenge porn” was then “distributed throughout New York state — all without her consent.”

The suit states:  “As was his practice … Combs video recorded the sexual assault. Days later, a male friend revealed to her that he had viewed the ‘sex tape’ along with other men.”

Meanwhile, Diddy has since denied the claims through his spokesperson who spoke to newsmen saying, “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”

Diddy’s first sexual assault charge was by his ex-girlfriend, a former Bad Boy artist Cassie, who brought her bombshell sexual assault case before the courts, also under the Adult Survivors Act.

However, the duo eventually announced that they had agreed to amicably resolve the matter.

In a statement, Casie had reportedly said, “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

Also, Diddy in his own statement, explained that they had come to an agreement amicably. “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably,” he said. “I wish Cassie and her family all the best.”

The music mogul’s lawyer, Brafman further clarified that his client’s decision to settle was, in no way, an admission of his client’s guilt.

He said, “Mr. Combs‘decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”
