The maverick entertainer took to his X handle on Tuesday to encourage the youths to intensify the fight against bad governance, which has orchestrated incessant hunger and high insecurities in the country.

The activist admonishing the Nigerian youths emphasized that the fight against bad governance is not one to quit halfway but rather a fight for life. He described the Nigerian leaders as “thieves, dishonest, insane and intolerable set of people” who don’t care about the citizenry.

According to Charly Boy, the protest needs to “go lauder and pro max” to defeat the alleged corrupt leaders, who he describes as “monsters.”

He wrote:  “My dear Nigerian Youths, I trust that by now you all know what we’re up against. We can never make an omelet without breaking eggs. The powers that be are demonically entrenched.

“We are led by people who are thieves, dishonest, insane, intolerable and don’t give a damn if we live or die. This is the fight of our lives and you guys are my bragging right.

“We can defeat this monster that has befallen us, we need to get louder and go pro max.

Recall that President Bola Tinubu ordered that all forms of protests across the country cease with immediate effect on Sunday during the nationwide broadcast. He said this on the premise that the protests had become violent, contrary to what the protest organisers had pledged before the commencement.

However, despite the president’s position concerning the protest, protesters were still present in several parts of the country on Monday. They insisted that the government must find a solution to the bad economy and reduce the high price of commodities to ameliorate the incessant hunger plaguing the citizens.

I think police should be oriented on how to keep peaceful protest and not making a protest look like violence, the protesters action are triggered by the police who are supposed to watch them protesting, but they will be shooting guns and throwing teargas at protesters, in Maraba while shooting, they killed someone which made protesters burned down their station. We don’t know the message they sent them, but they are overdoing it.
    God bless Nigeria.
