Nigerian Afrobeat Gem, Wizkid swerved into ranting and it all featured shading and announcement.

The singer who was engulfed with confidence publicly renounced his Afrobeat reputation declaring that he is no longer an Afrobeat artist.

While the rant caused reactions online, Wizkid spiced it by shading his fans.

According to his utterances, he urged his old fans who were die-hard fans of his Afrobeat songs to back off and abstain from listening to his incoming album.

This is because, it won’t feature any Afrobeat Genre which he described with his hit song ‘Pkakurumo’.

He further announced the name of his incoming album he named after his deceased mother identified as ‘Morayo’ and further detailed his views.
