He, however, bidded that he wasn’t aware of the secret boost and further declared that this is the key reason most stars crave record labels because it’s quite difficult to attain prominence genuinely in Nigerian music firm.
He added that most talented Nigerians are out there but because of the current view of the Nigerian music firm, they can’t attain the spotlight.
In his words;
“Everything that goes viral on the internet is Paid”
“I used to think some songs just blow because they are very good but I was wrong . You can have the best songs and still not blow if you don’t pay people who are supposed to make it blow .When I completed my PR studies I felt like nothing is organic again . This is why many artistes need record labels cus no matter how good you are if you do not have any money to pay the system that can make you go viral , your song is not going anywhere . You see blogs , influencers , and promoters , they won’t hype you if you don’t pay .The streaming platforms out there still accept money to push your songs . You pay today and boom tomorrow you are topping charts and that’s how people start checking you out”
Nigerians couldn’t hold their nerves and reacted massively via all the social media platforms.
