Fed Govt arrange the release of Kizz Daniel’s from Tanzanian Police custody.
Kizz Daniel, a well-known singer, and songwriter has been released thanks to the efforts of the federal government. He was detained in Tanzania after failing to show up for a paid performance in Tanzania.
Aikbe Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), announced the singer has been released.
The Buga hitmaker got detained by police by the Summer Amplified Show organizers after he failed to turn up at the much-advertised performance on Sunday night.
The singer’s fans had to wait till six in the morning for a live concert, but Kizz Daniel wasn’t there.
The musician reportedly arrived in the country earlier but decided not to perform because his attire wasn’t available.
However, “his legal team will return to the police tomorrow while he will then go back to Nigeria.”
