“I wasn’t being paid enough” Ruger details why he left Jonzing world, tackles D’Prince

Over the last few hours, Former Jonzing World signee, Ruger has been in repeated rants as he expresses his anger over his current feud with his ex-boss, D’Prince.

This stretches to their clash with the record label business after Ruger left for a new phase.

According to the incredible singer, he has always been grateful to D’prince but felt betrayed and cheated with his royalties.

Adding to his utterances, he detailed that the Nigerian singer remained so comfortable with the money he was making from his efforts and cared less about him.

While narrating the fan’s views of an alleged struggle, he disclosed that he has been doing well and had attained feats he never attained when he was a Jonzing world signee.

In a series of posts made via his micro-blogging platform, X, he further detailed the ordeal sparking reactions among fans.

In his words, he wrote:

“As much as I’m very appreciative of the fact that Jonzing world introduced me to the world, I just couldn’t continue with them because they got too comfortable with the money they were making from me and couldn’t push me further as I wanted to be pushed. Was supposed to renegotiate the contract but I couldn’t imagine 5 years more without action”

“Dey use my money Dey fund new artist, leaving me in the dark, not being transparent. I just laugh 😂😂 how e be now”

“I complained, I got angry, some people tell me say no be so dem Dey do things. I still go back HQ go collect fake hugs and handshakes. Nothing still change. I wan mad 😂😂”

“Many things to talk but dem fit go wait for me for ikoyi link bridge stab me wotowoto 😂😂”

“Anyways, I’m proud of myself. Performing at very big festivals this year, touring Europe again, touring Canada again, IDC I’m gonna be cocky 😂😂 coz this is shit they couldn’t do for me. BS!!!”
