IGP launches investigation into Portable’s One Million Boys

Usman Baba, the inspector general of police (IGP), recently mandated an investigation into Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, and his assertion that the famous One-Million Cult Boys cult was founded.

Portable, popularly known for his hit song “Zazu”, seemed to have claimed, in a viral video, that he started the gang that terrorizes sections of Lagos State.

IGP instructed Lagos State Police Commissioner to look into the claim and take appropriate legal action, according to a statement from Force spokesman CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi.

“This order is based on the Nigeria Police Force’s ongoing efforts to identify the leaders and financiers of cults, destroy their operations, and bring society back to normal.”
