Temilade Openiyi, also known as Tems, has been nominated for three BET Hip-Hop Awards categories in 2022.

On Tuesday, the candidates for the honors honoring hip-hop artists, producers, and directors of music videos.

Burna Boy’s individually produced music video for “Last Last” received a nomination in the category of “Director of the Year.”

Tems received three nominations for his collaboration with Drake on Future’s chart-topping song “Wait For You.”

Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, and Drake came in second and third, respectively, with 10 and 9 nominations. Drake led the list with 14 nominations.
