Vincent Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, recently shared a video online where actress Tonto Dikeh was seen physically assaulting a man she was said to be owing the sum of N2 million for an outstanding debt in a hire-purchased car.

VDM emphatically stated that the actress is hypocritical in her action, recalling that the same person bullying someone she owed was once fighting and clamouring for “Justice for Mohbad,” claiming she hated the injustice meted out on the late singer. Still, she’s today beating someone she owes as much as two million naira.

The activist noted that she is soliciting political power but has this callous mind when she hasn’t even got the power. He wonders what could become of her when peradventure she’s given the privilege to take any political office. “just imagine the terror,” says VeryDarkMan in a disappointing tone.

He also pointed out that she has the audacity to beat a man she owes, and she feels like a heroine, but if the reverse were the case, society would bounce on the man for owing a woman and still beating her up. “Imagine say na man beat or harass her like that on top her own money?” he said.

After the assault video went viral, many Nigerians reacted to her unguided display of inhumanity. Some suggested the businessman take legal action against her, and she should be charged for every damage caused in the long run. While the condemnation kept raining on the actress and now politician, there seem to be persons with a contrary opinion, suggesting that the actress shouldn’t be nailed until her side of the story is heard.

In reaction to the whole drama, the actress took to her Instagram handle and dropped a piece that threw aback those who had tried to vindicate her by asking that her side of the story be heard. She bragged about her intolerance to “nonsense” and said she doesn’t care about people’s opinions.

In the Instagram post, the actress posted a beautifully charming close-up shot of hers and captioned it, “The face of a woman who loves herself enough not to give 2flying fuvks”.

As if she was leaving a message to any other person who would want to dare her, she recounted her acclaimed motto, which reads, “You fuck around, you find out the end”.

While the public delves into what transpired between the duo, no official statement from them has surfaced. However, the activist who brought the case to the limelight has narrated what he knows about the matter right from the first instance the actress met with the businessman.

According to VeryDarkMan, Tonto Dikeh met the Abuja-based car dealer and inquired about a Mikano car. The dealer did not have the car in stock and suggested she visit the manufacturer’s office, as they had it available.

The car was said to be sold at the rate of N90 million. The actress proposed to make payments in instalments, which the manufacturers declined. VDM claimed that the car dealer proposed that he purchase the car, and the actress could obtain it from him and make payments in instalments. Fortunately, due to the dealer’s connection with the manufacturers, the car was sold to him for N86 million instead of N90 million they had informed Tonto to pay.

VDM clarified that the dealer paid full price for the car and handed it over to Tonto, who would subsequently pay in instalments, just to establish a working business relationship with the actress.

According to the social media activist, Tonto Dikeh couldn’t pay the amount in full but made N30 million in instalments and was given the car. However, the actress did not show up to pay the second instalment for seven months. Finally, after severe pressure was mounted on her, she gave in and paid N20 million for the second instalment, leaving the balance at N36 million.

Subsequent to the above transaction, Tonto began making partial payments towards the car, remitting N1 million and intermittently smaller amounts until the remaining balance reached N2 million. VDM said every attempt to collect the outstanding balance from the actress had been ongoing, but all efforts seemed to be proving abortive until one fateful day the actress finally contacted the businessman, requesting car servicing. The vehicle was sent to its manufacturer for servicing, prompting the dealer to contact the actress regarding payment for the servicing and also urging her to settle the outstanding balance for the car on the same day.

VDM claimed that this incident prompted Tonto to burst into the car dealer’s office and vandalize the place. When the owner showed up, he informed the actress that he could repossess the car because it was not registered in her name and he was the purchaser. He said at this point, the actress became furious, prompting her to slap the businessman and begin tearing his clothes.

Though the whole fact has not been ascertained from any other source, However, footage from the CCTV camera obtained after the incident showed where Tonto was trashing the man, broke his Television and smashed his coffee cup.
