Among the new faces added to Al Nassr was promising Anderson Talisca, which some thought Ronaldo had a problem plying beside. What worried the executives and watchful fans was whether both could lay aside all personal ambitions and face that of the team. In the first match the two played together, the result was terrible.

When two players of their quality were paired, supporters expected to see the Ronaldo they already knew performing at his best, and Talisca doing nothing less. But it seemed that adding both players in the same team did other than bettered the taste of the results.

All of a sudden following Anderson Talisca’s injury, Ronaldo was back to himself, displaying what fans of al Nassr had been expecting of him in the field. This incident seemed to point at something the fans of the club dreaded: what if Christiano Ronaldo dislikes the fact that the Brazilian played in the team? Is is possible for Ronaldo to put away whatever is the problem and work together with this guy just for the good of the club?

These worries were pacified in the subject match between Al Nassr and Al Ahli, where both men scored braces each. Their 4-1 win against Ahli transferred them to the second place on the points chart, just three points behind the kings.

Yet one can not help but sense there is likely a competition between the two. A contest that could be adverse to the club in the near future. Ronaldo is more experienced, and the reason the club and the whole league have started to get more screen time and make more headlines, and Talisca is quite talented and naturally faster.

Folks at Al Nassr would not be pleased with Ronaldo if the he does not work together with Anderson Talisca, who is a great addition to the team, since the presence of another good scorer means Ronaldo can rest more. It also would give the club a substitute in situations of injury or muscle fatigue.

Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami would pay to have someone that could replace Messi in the present situation at Inter Miami, where Messi’s injury is able to stop his club’s title race.

Al Nassr is doing well so far. As things stand, Ronaldo is out for a scoring spree. He has already scored 9 goals this season, after playing 6 matches.
