Manchester United’s forward, Antony faces serious trauma as ex-girlfriend sues him for domestic abuse

According to the real-time information, Antony Dos Santos, the Brazilian winger who plays for Manchester United, has been accused of domestic abuse by his ex-girlfriend, Gabriela Cavallin.

Gabriela alleged that the abuse occurred between 1 June 2022 and May 2023. They have since separated,  but evidences have been gathered to support her claim.

In one instance, Gabriela claimed that Antony joined forces with the security at a night club to forcefully remove her  from the club on the day of the first attack. She said that Antony’s jealousy has been a contributing factor to a certain abuse incident.

Based on the information provided, Gabriela has made serious allegations against Antony, including instances of verbal abuse, threats, and physical violence. She alleged that he once sent her more than ten fiery messages within a minute.

The alleged messages, which she later shared, contained Antony’s angry words towards Gabriela, expressing his desire to never see her again and making hurtful comments. The specific trigger for this anger was Gabriela’s liking of pictures of Neymar shared by someone else.

Gabriela also claimed that Antony wished for her death and that the series of abuse escalated to the point where she suffered a severe injury to her finger, allegedly caused by Antony throwing a glass cup at her.

She further stated that Antony locked the door, preventing her from leaving.

Gabriela Cavalli mentioned that there are audio records of Antony asking for forgiveness for his behavior, as well as allegations that he destroyed her phone on two occasions, witnessed by others.

The DJ and influencer has taken legal action in Brazil; she has also sued Antony with the Manchester Police, so  it is likely that legal proceedings are now taking place in both countries.

It is important to note that these were serious allegations, and any legal actions and investigations will aim to determine the truth and provide justice in the matter.

Antony Dos Santos made a public statement on Instagram towards the end of June to address the accusations made against him. In his statement, he refuted the allegations and expressed gratitude for the support he received. He mentioned that he had remained silent to ensure that the investigation process was not interfered with, but that he and his family had suffered in silence during that time.

Antony, who mentioned his upbringing in a needy community, stated that he had never experienced a situation like this before. The allegations made against him include physical abuse towards Gabriela while she was pregnant and the claim that he destroyed her breast implant.

Gabriela alleged she lost the baby and had to undergo surgery to rectify the internal damage caused to her breast. Antony maintained his innocence and expressed confidence that justice would prevail once the investigation concluded.

He acknowledged the initial damage caused to his image and thanked the numerous individuals who had shown support during this difficult period.

‘After submitting my statement at the police station where investigation involving my name is being conducted, I wanted to speak for the first time since I was falsely accused of assault.

‘I stayed silent until the moment so that nothing could interfere with the investigation process, but during all those days my family and I suffered in silence. Despite being born and raised in a very needy community, I had never been through a situation similar to this, in which a false assault charge resulted in a preliminary and unfair public judgment on the part of some.

‘After the closure of the investigation my innocence will be proven. [I am] certain that justice will prevail and the damage initially caused to my image will be in the past. Thank you to the countless messages of support at this very difficult time.’
