Hall of Famer gives shocking prediction on Tyson Fury versus Francis Ngannou
A Hall of Famer gave his prediction concerning the victor in the boxing bout coming up on the 28th of this month between former UFC fighter Francis Ngannou and WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. Some find his view shocking.
After months of boasting and shit-speaking, the WBC heavyweight champion finally got an opponent to fight with, but not from the heavyweight boxing category. The undefeated champion’s opponent is going to be a novice boxer coming from a crash course overseen by boxing legend Mike Tyson.
Many fans and pundits believe the up-to-ten rounds waiting to play out in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on the 28th of this month are going to be very entertaining, based on the fact that an MMA king is going to be knocked around the boxing ring by one of boxing’s finest. Of course, popular opinion has it that Tyson Fury is the best of boxing’s two lineal world champions, based on the weighing of both fighters’ accomplishments.
An undisputed world heavyweight champion is to be chosen either in January or one of the early months of 2024 after the professional boxing match between Francis Ngannou and Tyson Fury, but many think Ngannou will lose the match. The number of people that said Ngannou will win the bout are inconsequential. Now Bernard Hopkins, a Hall of Famer, has added his own prediction to the rising pool of votes on Tyson Fury’s side to the shock of many.
Though Francis Ngannou lacks the power Tyson Fury displays in the ring, pundits have said that both fighters match themselves in other aspects. Recent videos of post-match training from the camps of the two fighters have not made things any easier for Ngannou in the predictions that continue to come in, however, since they are actually the evidence many have that Francis Ngannou is going to suffer a clean defeat.
Some experts have pointed out that Francis Ngannou can still be dangerous to Tyson Fury because of Ngannou’s ability to knock out about anybody. Many have concluded that this ability would not be a thing for Fury to worry much about because Tyson Fury has good footwork and is used to dealing with complex techniques. What would a fighter like Ngannou do to be able to win someone many think is the face of boxing? Absolutely not a crash course?
According to Bernard Hopkins, ‘This does nothing other than a payday for Tyson Fury. I bet everything I love on Tyson Fury. It’s entertainment on a high level because of Tyson Fury. Fury gets the knockout within five rounds.’
