William Uchemba admonishes women who feels entitled
Famous Nollywood actor and philanthropist William Uchemba shared a message on his Instagram, advising women against pressuring men for expensive gifts and money.
He felt compelled to speak out in support of women’s rights and empowerment. He shared his thoughts on the matter through an Instagram post, where he expressed his sentiments openly.
He stated that it is unsettling for a woman to insist on possessing things that they could never imagine having, attributing this behaviour to a sense of entitlement.
He expressed his opinion that it is morally incorrect and could potentially lead to a significant number of people facing the unfortunate circumstance of remaining unmarried.
He emphasized that men are likely to spend money willingly when they are in love, he also added that possessing a good character is a key factor in maintaining a man’s interest.
“I don’t know why you have any business requesting things from a man you cannot afford to have in your wildest dreams. Some of you will end up not getting married. A man who loves you will spend money on your head. Attraction can’t keep a man; what keeps men is character.” He said.
