Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, aka Adekunle Gold, a prominent Afrobeat musician, and songwriter, has challenged young people to live admirably and responsibly.

According to Adekunle, who spoke with the BBC, the adage “life is short” is untrue because one’s life is actually quite long and any poor choices made today will leave one with lasting regrets.

The artist advised young people to make an effort to avoid making irrational decisions while they are discovering the beauty that life has to offer.
The performer continued by advising them to live carefully while making the most of their situations.

“He said a 20 -year- old person would have to spend 10 years before he or she reaches the age of 30, and any wrong decision made would be one they would live to regret”
