Fury will face Oleksandr Usyk in the ring on October 17 for an undisputed world heavyweight title bout. The fight will be between two fighters of unequal heights.

Oleksandr Usyk will be placing his three world titles, which are the WBA, WBO, and IBF heavyweight titles, while Tyson Fury will have to endanger his WBC heavyweight title through the bout.

Though many are doubtful of Fury’s form ahead of the fight, Lennox Lewis said the champion was just not prepared enough ahead of facing the fight that is causing the doubt.

Tyson Fury met in the ring with former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou for a crossover bout that was to mark Ngannou’s professional boxing debut. During the faceoff, Tyson Fury found himself on the canvas during the third round. Winning Francis Ngannou later by a split decision did not change things in his favour on the internet.

Ngannou was bigger than Oleksandr Usyk, so Tyson Fury was asked how he was going to deal with the sharp and strong puncher.

Fury said, ‘Little guys are difficult to fight ’cause they’re harder to hit ’cause they’re smaller. He runs a lot, he moves a lot, Tyson’s probably gunna have a few rounds to get used to his moments but it’s gunna be difficult, he’s very small, very fast.’

Mike Tyson opined that Tyson Fury would likely win.

‘I’m gunna look forward to that fight,’ said Tyson. ‘I’m going with Tyson Fury, I think he’s going to overpower him, catch up with him and overpower him, that’s what I think but I could be wrong.’
